Here are three joyful hints for Microsoft Office that are simple, helpful and a bit addictive. They make us want to learn more!

3 Joyful Hints For Microsoft Office

1. Zoom In and Zoom Out are great features. It is simple. Zoom In gives me a close up of the page I am working on for my books.

2. To find the Navigation Pane go to the top of Microsoft Word, which I have shortened and refer to as Word now, you will see VIEW. Click on VIEW and you will notice below some tools to us like the Zoom In and Zoom Out feature plus the Navigation Pane.

On the left hand side all of your chapters for your book or document will be presented. You can scroll down and select the chapter you want to work on. Plus, I love to click on Multiple Pages and see several of my pages for my book on display. The Zoom In and Zoom Out feature is nice here to help you see all of your pages at once or choose to see two at a time as you continue to scroll.

3. Now comes a feature that I Love! Under VIEW you will notice Focus Mode. Click on this! Tell me this isn’t cool!!

Wow! Close your door, shut off your phone and like me, my Apple Watch, AND go into Focus Mode. You are immersed into a writer’s dream! No distractions.
