Ribbons and garland, trees and lights, ornaments, nutcrackers and everything nice! Leave me in The Incredible Christmas Place, Pigeon Forge, Tennessee.
For our four day trip to Pigeon Forge, Tennessee my husband has taken me to The Incredible Christmas Place twice!
Before you go in, don’t you love to sit and enjoy a picnic lunch at one of the outside tables with the cold mountain stream shining in the sun? Canadian Geese look your way, talking and honking, and perhaps ducks waddle by not giving you the time of day.
Then we remember why we are outside in this parking lot! You are at The Incredible Christmas Place!
Almost to the door you look in the windows and are warm with cheer. You’re about to shop for decorations because Christmas feels near.

All through The Incredible Christmas Place every person is filled with delight! As you shop you are in awe. There is the Grinch, Snowmen, Santa Claus, and perhaps the reindeer are in their stall. But then you see such a sight above your head Santa Claus is flying his reindeer in the night!

He is Risen
To bless our home this year I selected this lovely tree skirt that shows the Nativity Scene and baby Jesus in the manger with his earthly Father and Mother Mary. He was born that we might believe, born, put to death then risen.
John 3:16 For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in Him should not perish, but have everlasting life.

Romans 10:9-10—“That if you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart one believes and is justified, and with the mouth one confesses and is saved.” HE IS RISEN
Do you plan a theme with your Christmas decor? One year we had The Grinch and Whoville theme. “It came without ribbons, it came without tags…” No just kidding!
We are planning on making it more of a country Christmas theme and this tree skirt is perfect. Plus, it is also available on my Amazon store above to help give your home a country Christmas theme too!
The Owl
Turning around my husbands cart is filled and overflowing with early surprise presents! He selected this lantern that has a snowy scene of a snowman on one side and Santa Clause on the other. I can’t wait to see it out of the box!

If it doesn’t snow and is a dark night, this lantern came be shining outside to help Santa and his reindeer come down from their long flight.
Tucked under the lantern and further down in the cart, were these precious Owls . He personally hand-selected these five gorgeous Owls and was trying to hide them from me.
You see, now I don’t know about you and what might inspire you to write, but Owls are a large part of my inspiration. They make me think of family, protection, and love. Owls seem to stay close by in our families last days.
Don’t get me wrong, in the bible verses above, if you have asked the Lord into your heart and believed then the Lord is with you and welcomes you home!
These beautiful Owls seem to love our farm, New O’Hana Farm, TN and enjoy country living. Each one is gracing my office nicely! The Owl adds a lot of writing inspiration for poems, stories and characters to come!
