    The Magnitude of Eternity

She walks out of her home and looksup to the sky. Standing still and small, this woman thanks the Lord for the magnitude of eternity. Her eyes can see past white clouds to the brilliant blue sky. Her prayers include all of her worries for that day. She does not end with an amen before thanking the Lord for His mercy and love. This woman thanks Him for her blessings, His strength to lean on and for filling her heart with joy. Before she walks back inside she thanks Him for the magnitude of eternity that she doesn’t completely understand. But, this woman knows in her heart that heaven is…

    April Poetry Month| Challenge| Create| Share

For April Poetry Month let’s encourage each other to write poems and share our creative side! What is your passion in life? Did you travel somewhere amazing? Encourage Each Other

There are several ways for us to encourage each other! From one of my previous posts Bragging On My Mom I write about some of her creative passions that are beautiful encouraging gifts and writing prompts. But, that is not all! I write a bit about her childhood, giving you a small peak into how her family meant to destroy her creative world. They could have destroyed her giving, loving soul with no amount of encouragement her whole life. Their mental and physical abuse could have turned her into a bitter unloving woman, but instead the Lord protected her and she became the strong woman we all love. I Thessalonians…

    Adorable English Bulldogs

“Winter time is very boring. Your bones get cold and you have to sit on a heating pad and a little purple pillow for your tooshie while momma writes and types all day long!” Says our adorable baby English Bulldog Liley. Hope you laugh when you see this photo! I did when I finished writing for hours and came looking for Liley. Ugh, she looks so bored! As does her mommy Daisy in the photo, our white and black polka-dotted adorable english bulldog. This post is just for fun. The pups follow me all around the house. Believe me, they literally follow me everywhere from my office, to refill my…

    Bragging On My Mom

This is all about bragging on my mom! I wrote The Death Owl and some of my motivation was from stories she would tell me of her Mamaw. Currently I am working on my book Donna Jean about the abusive life of my mom. We take time to sit down and talk and she tells stories of her sad childhood filled with unhappiness, abuse and never a hug, not one. Encourage Each Other My mom and family always encourage each other and me in being creative through my writing. We need to encourage each other and teach our little one’s how important it is to help boost someone’s confidence. We…

Start Each Day In The Bible

Psalms 48:1 Great is the Lord, and greatly to be praised in the city of our God, in the mountain of his holiness. Psalms 48:14 For this God is our God for ever and ever: he will be our guide even unto death. In the evening, in the morning, whenever you are waking start each day in the bible!
